If you have not received the login code needed to access AFLETE, please try the following steps:
- Check your spam/junk folders to see if the email including the code ended up there
- Search your inbox for email@example.com
- Relaunch the app and try requesting a new code to make sure that the issue wasn't caused by temporary delays or momentarily increased traffic
If you have tried all the above steps and are still not receiving the code, this may be due to your email server causing delays.
If this is the case, please contact our customer support team, and provide them with an alternate email address so we can move your guide(s) to a new account.
If you do not have an alternative email address, please create a new one to assist with the resolution.
